This program and additional services are offered by the Frederick County Health Department. All services are confidential. Eligibility requirements are:

Age 40-64
Not insured or have insurance that does not cover breast cancer screening
Have a limited income (Income eligibility changes yearly and is based on U.S. government guidelines.)
