BCWB Youth Summer Basketball League 2012 Rain / Cancellation / Reschedule Policy In the event of Rain or days where it may appear to be a rain day, please first try our office line at 301-663-0892 for updates and guidance on the plans for the days games.
We will try to update our phone message every 1/2 hour with details of the days games.
Second option is to contact your coach - the league will send an email to the coach to notify them of any changes in the scheduled games.
Saturday rain out games will be played either indoors at New Life Christian School or on the next day - Sunday. Unless notified differently - you should expect to play the following day - same time, same location.
Friday night rain out games will be played at a date later to be determined.
All games not played due to a cancellation will be scheduled to be played before the end of the season July 31, 2012. Due to situations outside of our control, in the event we are unable to make up a canceled game - BCWB reserves the right to not play the game at all. However, every attempt will be made to make up canceled or rescheduled games.
