For Individual Player Registrations: When you have completed your online payment - PayPal will send you to our BCWB online registration form. Please complete as many registration forms as you are registering players. Each player requires a registration form. Once you complete the online registration form, it will give you the option to complete another form.
For Team Registrations: Please complete roster on online registration form sent too after you make your Online Payment to PayPal. Optional - send electronic version as email attachment.
