Multiple Player Rates is reserved for Families and Teams Only

Very Important Message:  When registering more than one player - please remember to change the quantity order, in PayPal, 

to the number of players you are registering.  For example: When registering two (2) players, quantity should be changed to 2.  

When registering three or more players (3+), quantity should be changed to total number of players you are registering.  This will ensure you get the correct per player rate.

For Team Payments (10 or more players) - please enter the number of players you are registering for your team using the 3+ player rate.  When you are prompt to enter the registration form, enter your Team and Coach Name and contact number / email in the 

address field.  Submit as is.  We will contact you with how to follow up.

When you have completed your online payment - PayPal will send you to our BCWB online registration form.  Please complete 

as many registration forms as you are registering players (if not a team payment).  Each player requires a registration form.  

Once you complete the online registration form, it will give you the option to complete another form.
