$325.00 per team	$375.00 per team
$300.00 each (Two or more Teams)	$350.00 each (Two or more Teams)
First time participants will automatically become BCWB Challenge Series Members. ** To be a member of the BCWB Challenge Series you must have participated in at least one of our Spring, Fall or Winter Challenge Series Tournaments. As a new member, for all future tournaments, you will be entitled to our special tournament rates, discount hotel offers, priority games times and comprehensive travel communication package.

BCWB host our Challenge Series Tournament to teams from a wide region of West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia. Some of the best teams in these regions have participated and won our Challenge Series Tournaments. We had some very exciting and competitive tournaments.

We have expand our invitation list of participants to a wider area of the Northern East Coast. Great way to play against the best in your region and the best in the surrounding states. Tournament very well organized, great tournament locations, awards to Champions and Runner up, registration discount for teams and clubs (multiple teams) who have played in the BCWB Challenge Series tournament and comprehensive communication package to ensure you have all the tournament details you need.

Our focus is to keep the teams brackets to a manageable size. Our goal is quality not quantity. We expect a well run, well organized tournament from the day you hit the ground to the day of your departure. If you know of teams you like to challenge, please have them act fast. We expect this tournament to fill quickly.

Hampton Inn is within 1 mile from one tournament location and 5 miles from the other location. However, restaurants are driving distance from hotel (within 5 - 7 miles). Weekend Rate is $129.00 per room. We can get you a discount of $120.00 Per room.

Holiday Inn is within 8 miles from both tournament locations. However, Mall and many Restaurants are within walking distance. Rate is 119.00 Per Room. We can get a discount of 109.00 Per night.

Also available are discounts at the Marriott Court Yard, Fairfield Inns and Suites and Springfield Suites. Great discounts as low as $75 per night.

Please note:

As you may be aware, hotel discounts may get better depending on the number of room we can secure. Any additional discounts we can get will be passed on to our visiting clubs. You are welcome to investigate other hotel chains in the area which do have lower rates than the two quote above.
