new Generation of Coaches for
the next Generation of Student Athletes Coach’s Code of Conduct
The TJMS and BCWB Program expects all of their coaches to conduct him/herself in a manner that demonstrates respect for themselves, the game, their players, other coaches, officials and spectators. The
following are some general rules of conduct that we expect from our
coaches.
I will play by the rules.
I will control my temper.
I will be respectful of my players.
I will be respectful of officials.
I will be respectful of other
coaches.
I will be respectful of spectators.
I will speak to parents with issues
no less than 24 hours after the game.
I will not use derogatory language.
I will not use drugs, alcohol, or
tobacco.
I will respect the sensitive nature
of some issues that may arrive with players in regards to
parental
financial situation, player ineligibility issues, and other instances as
they may arise. |
