Player Code of Conduct   


The  BCWBRC/TJMS  Program expects all of their players  to conduct him/herself in a manner that demonstrates respect for themselves, the game, their players, other  coaches, officials and spectators. The core of the Code of Conduct is based in honesty and integrity. Our players are held to these high standards as it brings credit to them as people and the program(s) they represent

The following are some general rules of conduct that we expect from our players. 

                        I will play by the rules.

                        I will control my temper.

                        I will be respectful of my coaches.

                        I will be respectful of my teammates.

                        I will be respectful of officials. 

                        I will be respectful of spectators.

.           I will talk to my coach after the game if I have an issue with the coach or another player.

            I will work equally hard for myself and for my team.

I will be a good sport and maintain a positive attitude regardless of the outcome of the game.

I will treat others as I would like to be treated.

I will not taunt other players or engage in excessive “smack talk.”

I will not interfere with, bully or take unfair advantage of another player.

                        I will not use derogatory language.

                        I will not use drugs, alcohol, or tobacco.

 Players who are found to be in violation of the Code of Conduct with face consequences that could result in being ineligible for 1 or more games.

I pledge to follow this Code of Conduct.
