TJMS Mid-Maryland Basketball Program - Boys

Role – Oversee the management and operations of the programs to ensure the goals and objectives of the BCWB Corporate Board are being achieved. 

Responsibilities – decision making process for the best interest of the TJMS Mid-Maryland Basketball Programs as directed by the BCWB Corporate Board.  Selection of coaches and volunteer staff to ensure the goals and objectives of the BCWB Corporate Board can be achieved.

TJMS Mid-Maryland Basketball Program Girls

Role – Oversee the management and operations of the programs to ensure the goals and objectives of the BCWB Corporate Board are being achieved.

Communication Channel

TJMS Mid-Maryland Basketball Program Staff to BCWBRC Board - Coaches request go to the Coordinator - then -  Coordinator resolves or forwards to TJMS Mid-Maryland Staff Liaison - then - TJMS Mid-Maryland Staff Liaison resolves or forwards to the BCWBRC Board Secretary and/or President.

BCWBRC Board to TJMS Mid-Maryland Basketball Program Staff - BCWBRC Board Secretary submits requests and/or responses to TJMS Mid-Maryland Staff Liaison - then -   TJMS Mid-Maryland staff Liaison to get with required staff member and/or Coaches if needed and responds to the Board Secretary.

The TJMS Mid-Maryland Staff Liaison is the Liaison between the Board and the TJMS Mid-Maryland Program staff.  If a TJMS Mid-Maryland staff member has an issue that needs to be resolved involving the TJMS Mid-Maryland Staff Liaison then they may contact the Board Secretary directly.

Information that needs to be distributed to BCWBRC Board members must be reviewed and approved by the TJMS Mid-Maryland Staff Liaison a minimum of two weeks prior to distribution unless outside time constraints do not allow for two weeks.  The TJMS Mid-Maryland Staff Liaison must submit to the Board Secretary copies of all information that is to be distributed to the BCWBRC Board Members.

The BCWBRC Board/finance committee will give instructions to the TJMS Mid-Maryland Staff Liaison as to what is to be maintained in the account annually.   Then it is the responsibility of the TJMS Mid-Maryland Staff Liaison to set the TJMS Mid-Maryland Basketball Program membership fee to ensure that the minimum balance is maintained for that year.
